Vicci Martinez is an American singer/songwriter who was a quarterfinalist on NBC's singing competition «The Voice» in July of 2011. The Tacoma, Washington native came in first place on Team Cee Lo Green and represented him in the final round.

Talk about Energy... Talk about Talent... this is one hot chick! I happened across a show she was playing in June of 2003 at a small venue in Seattle, and she blew me away. Here's why: She's got a phenomenal voice, her band is spot on with her, they have synergy and they make you want to get up and dance! She often plays without shoes or socks, even when outside, and dances around the stage with ease. Just when you're really taken in and feeling the energy, she picks up her bongo drum and jams with the band like you wouldn't beleive! I later checked out her website and learned that she started playing violin at age 5, picked up the guitar at age 12, and taught herself, with a little help from her dad's gift of something to play to — The Beatles. She cut her first song somewhere around age 17 (I think) has won heavy local competition, and didn't sell out to star search, when she was recognized by them and on the cusp of super stardom. She now has two full length C.D's plus a few other recordings, and a dedicated following. She's doin' things her own way, and it's working!
