Kami has used his love of the parties, clubs, colourful characters and never ending stream of music as inspiration for his own productions and DJing sets… Kami is originally from Iran but now resides in London. Feeding his thirst for all things electronic he worked in the Soho record store XSF. and currently at the leading record store in uk bm soho He then channeled his production flair and burst onto the European house scene in 2003 with his remix of Kelis' ‘Milkshake’, due to the overwhelming response from all corners of the world, the guise ‘Kamisshake’ was born. Famed for playing a unique blend of hypnotic, sexy global beats he regularly plays in Thailand, Uruguay, Brazil, Spain, France, Italy and more. He has an impressive catalogue of productions and remixes under his belt including work for major labels such as Mark Knight’s Toolroom, Deepdish’s Yositoshi and shinichi amongst others.
