Chris Lemay was «discovered» by TMF's Kweekvijver. Together with TMF he made a video for his first single: A Million Ways.
Although A Million Ways was his breakthrough, Chris Lemay has been working in the musicworld for several years. As a little boy he was always playbacking with the music he heard. And at primary school he regulary played Axl Rose with his Guns'n Roses‑act.
Since his twenties he became really active with music, he played in several bands, applies for talentshows including X‑factor 2006. Although Lemay didn't win he did get the attention from producer Gordon Groothedde. Together they worked on Lemay's first album inluding his first single: A Million Ways.
