24 year‑old Luke Terry is the brink of something big, but first impressions are of his dedication to music rather than his accomplishments within the trance scene.

A genuinely modest character, Luke will be the last person to bring his rapidly progressing music career into a conversation. Don’t get us wrong, Luke’s passion for music is obvious. It’s all he talks about. However, what he usually neglects to mention is that his music has gained support from just about every big name trance DJ on the planet. “The furthest I’ve ever been from home by myself is Birmingham,” jokes Luke.

His music however has travelled much further – in the record boxes of legends like Ferry Corsten and Paul Van Dyk to being broadcast on Radio 1 courtesy of Dave Pearce. Not to mention a whole host of Internet radio stations (including his own show on TranceAirWaves for its entire broadcasting life) and of course in clubs up and down the country and abroad. Luke has also featured as a guest on Riley & Durrant's Nu Breed show broadcast on Galaxy Radio.

Production after production has appeared out of “Elude Studios” (born from his collaboration with Chris Priscott under the “Elude” alias, now signed to Monster & Six:Thirty Records), but always the perfectionist, Luke strives to create something more singular that the masses of “bland” trance on the market at present. His music has been signed to Ferry Corsten’s Tsunami label, Monster, Team Toad, Spectrum, Six:Thirty, and Equilibrium.

In 2004 Luke joined Vuzz — Newcastle’s fastest growing trance night — and regularly played alongside DJ’s such as Ben Lost, Goldenscan, Hemstock & Jennings, Misja Helsloot, Paul Kerhshaw and DJ Precision. With more releases in the pipeline, with remixes of and from the likes of Matti Kotala, Vascotia, Santiago Niño and Ronski Speed, 2005 saw Luke knock it up a notch in the production world.…читать далее ↓
