Outer Signal is the psy‑project of Gil Stolar and Lior Yosha from Israel. after years of playing different styles of electronic and acoustic music, both got together and start producing psychedelic dancefloor music and playing live sets and DJ in nature party's and clubs in Israel and around the world.

Their first release was Groove Control on 3d Vision recordings compilation HardFloor(2007),
after it came many releases in major labels such as Timecode, Yabai, Materia, nexus media and more...,
